I am currently attending a cal state but my dream school is UCLA. However, I am already going to complete my sophomore year this semester, Do you think transferring to a community college for my junior year and doing the TAP program would be a good idea to get into UCLA for my senior year at least. PLS if anyone can assist with this question that be so helpful I am so confused on what to do lol.

Congrats on leaving UCSD! Strong warning about UC San Diego! Do not go to UC San Diego! Every other week, I get a notification from the police about a rape or robbery on campus. Furthermore, the administration is filled with a bunch of selfish, money-hungry, discriminatory people who don’t care at all about their students. You can learn about anything you want to at any college or university, dependent only upon the amount of time and effort that you put into studying. I advise against choosing UC San Diego as the college that you attend to get an education.

well UCLA has a basketball and football team which can help to build a sense of community and pride. UCLA has a longer history and deeper alumni base. But UCSD has a such an amazing campus. But it depends on the individual.
